Here are some easy bread sandwich recipes which can be done in minutes. These are easy, quick, healthy, kids will definitely love these varieties.

If you don’t have a grill or sandwich maker then toast bread in a pan and then prepare the sandwich as mentioned in the recipe.

 

1. Avocado Sandwich

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Avocado
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice

Servings: 3-4

Steps:

Smash 1 full avocado into a bowl. Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes to this mixture. Add salt, pepper & lemon juice as per the taste. Mix everything and spread it on toasted bread. Serve as a breakfast or evening snack.

 

2. Egg Omelet Sandwich

Required: 2 Eggs
1 Tomato (Roughly chopped)
1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
Spinach (Optional)
Salt
Pepper

Servings: 2

Steps:

Beat eggs into a bowl, add tomatoes, onions, spinach into this mixture. Add salt and pepper according to test. Heat a pan and pour this mixture. Wait until the egg turns omelette or becomes solid. Put this on a toasted/grilled bread to eat like a sandwich.

You can add extra veggies or any veggies of your choice.

3. Curd- Veggie Sandwich

Required: 1 Cup Curd
Veggies like carrot, tomato, capsicum, onion (Finely chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Servings: 3-4

Steps:

In a mixing bowl take the thick curd (Make sure there is no water in the curd). Add all the chopped vegetables. Add salt & pepper as per the taste. Mix everything and spread it on a bread slice. Cover with another bread slice and trim off the edges. Spread butter on a grill, toast the bread until it turns golden brown.

4. Sweet Corn Capsicum Sandwich

Required: 1 cup Sweet Corn (Boiled)
1 Capsicum (Finely chopped)
Spinach (optional)
Grated or cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Servings: 2-3

Steps:

Add boiled corn, capsicum, spinach & cheese into a bowl. Add salt & pepper according to taste. Spread butter evenly on 2 bread slices. Add corn & capsicum mixture in between. Grill for 5 minutes in a preheated sandwich maker. Remove once they turn golden brown(If you don’t have sandwich maker, toast the bread slices in the pan. Fry chopped capsicum separately in a pan and then add this to corn mixture)

5. Paneer Sandwich

 

 

Required: 1 Cup Crumbled paneer
Curd (As required)
1 Medium-size Onion Sliced
1 Finely sliced Capsicum (Red preferably)
1 Tomato (Cut into round pieces)
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Servings: 4-5

Steps:

Crumble/chop paneer (Roughly) into a bowl. Add curd, salt, and pepper as per the taste. You can add extra spices(turmeric, jeera powder, chat masala, chilli powder) to enhance the taste.
Mix everything and spread it on bread after the butter. Add onions, tomato & Capsicum on top of mixture and grill until the bread turns golden brown.

6. Avocado- Egg Sandwich

 

 

 

Required: 1 Medium-size Ripe Avocado
1 Egg
1 Medium-size sliced onion
Salt
Pepper

Servings: 2-3

Steps:

Smash avocado smoothly into a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth. In a heated Pan Scramble egg with Salt and Pepper. Mix scrambled egg into smashed Avocado, spread this mixture on a toasted/grilled bread. Add sauce or greens for the enhanced taste.
